EXTRA CHARGES

All prices quoted are based on 16 people. The villa can accommodate up to 20 people.

Additional bed/person per week: €250 paid in local currency on arrival. There is no charge for travel cots.

Swimming Pool heating: €250 (June – Sept) and €350 (Oct – May) to be paid in local currency to our House Manager.

Maid service, Cleaning, Towel & Linen change – available on request please contact Gill gill@larocarara.com for prices.

Yoga equipment: €15 per person to be paid in euros to our House Manager.

Kitchen Rubbish & Re-cycling removal €20 per day

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:

• Check-in time is 16.00 and Check-out at 10.00.
• We are happy to make arrangements to look after luggage when necessary.
• House Manager will advise if this is possible.
• Please request if you require an early check-in.
• We can advise if it is possible, there is a local charge of €100 for check-in from 12 midday.
