Our commitment to your holiday or event

Please complete all sections of our Guest Requirement Form in order for us to ensure that we are able to satisfy all your requirements.

Please note that our check in time is 4pm and check out is at 10am. Early check-in when available is from 12.00 midday at a local cost of €100.  This will need to be pre-arranged with Gill at gill@larocarara.com and is subject to availability.

EXTRA CHARGES:
All prices quoted are based on 16 people. The villa can accommodate up to 20 people.

Additional bed/person per week: €250 paid in local currency on arrival. There is no charge for travel cots.
Swimming Pool heating: €250 (June – Sept) and €350 (Oct – May) to be paid in local currency to our House Manager.
Maid service, Cleaning, Towel & Linen change – available on request please contact Gill gill@larocarara.com for prices.
Yoga equipment: €15 per person to be paid in euros to our House Manager.

Kitchen Rubbish & Re-cycling removal €20 per day

Check-in is from 16.00 on day of arrival, Check-Out is by 10.00 on date of departure. It may be possible to arrange earlier arrivals and later departures. This will need to be pre-arranged with our House Manager Gill@larocarara.com

Our standard layout is shown below with an option to change. Any additional beds requested will be charged at £150 per bed per week. We do not charge for cots. Could you please state if you would like changes made to this and if you require any extra single beds. We would suggest that bedrooms 1, 4 and 5 are the largest but bedrooms 3 and 6 can also fit a superking plus a single bed and cot if necessary.

Swimming Pool Heating: we would recommend that the pool would need to be heated between the months of October and May. The additional cost for this is €300 per week (€200 per week June – Sept) which is payable on arrival with local currency.
