Our standard layout is shown below with an option to change. Any additional beds requested will be charged at £80 per bed per week. We do not charge for cots. Could you please state if you would like changes made to this and if you require any extra single beds. We would suggest that the Master Bedroom, Bedrooms 3 and 4 are the largest but bedrooms 2 and 5 can also fit a superking plus a single bed and cot if necessary.

Stairgates: Some of the bedrooms have direct access (Master bedroom and Bedroom 1) to the pool terrace. If requested we can arrange provision of stairgates (we have three in-house). Additional stairgates can be provided but will be charged.

Swimming Pool Heating we would recommend that the pool would need to be heated between the months of October and June. The additional cost for this is £250 per week which is payable with the balance eight weeks prior to departure. Please state if you would like the pool heated:
