La Roca Rara was designed and built in the style of The Alhambra Palace by a wealthy american industrialist in 1970. On the villa’s main floor, the lounge with central fireplace opens onto a large south-facing terrace with spectacular views to the sea.
The villa is completely secluded with its own private access road, and ample parking. The accommodation comprises 1,000 sq metres of space all on one level. With its huge reception area and landscaped grounds La Roca Rara is perfect for large families, group holidays, conferences, weddings and other special occasions.
Adjoining the lounge is a dining room seating 12 to 16 as well as a raised TV viewing area, with satellite and DVD facilities, opening onto a south-facing balcony.
